Contractor Choice Air Compressor

piratelawyerNovember 30, 2009

I was recently given a used air compressor. Unfortunately, I was not given a manual. No big problem. I figured I would just get on the internet and find one. In looking over the air compressor I could not find the name of the manufacturer other than a sticker that says "Contractor Choice Air Compressor." It is 5 HP with a 22 gallon tank. I could not find anything with a google search. Does anyone know anything about this air compressor or know where I can find a manual? Thanks in advance.

Ignore the label on the air compressor. Look for other information about its serial number and model. I'm going to guess that you have something like a Campbell Hausfeld air compressor that has been re-branded.

I just put a new piston/cylinder assembly in my CH "5 hp" air compressor. Cost about $60 and I spent an evening watching football and installing the assembly.
