Olympiad, droopy leaves

No disease, getting water. Leaves aren't perky.
Is this normal?

Is this a new planting or a transplanting? How much water? How much sun? Real hot where you are? Sounds like some kind of shock.

planted last year, bare root, full sun, weather is mild.

Hmmm. it looks thirsty to me. Check deep and see if it's not getting enough water. Some roses need more than others.
