Troybuilt Bronco OR Proline?

lindamarieJune 23, 2010

I have the option of purchasing a Troybuilt Bronco that is less than 1 yr old for $375. OR a Troybuilt Proline that is 5 years old with very little use (looks new) for $475.

Is anyone familiar with these machines that can help me decide?

I had been using a 1972 6 hp Horse that I bought new. I am afraid that the Bronco will be too small/light for me since I am use to the speed and performance of the Horse.

Too difficult to go see each and compare them as they are both about 32 hours from me, in different directions.

Ok I was asking for help in a tiller decision. Both of those are 3 hrs from me.

Yesterday I saw a Craftsman for $321 with a $139 3 yr maintenance contract.
