Echinace 'Milkshake', 'Coconut Lime' and 'Pink Double Delight'

starinasgarden(6A)June 24, 2010

I just picked these up today to add to the garden. Nice 3 gallon root balls, big stocky plants. Do any of you all have input on these?

All the other Echi's are doing great here, couldn't resist these, good sized and reasonable!

I'm pretty exited about them.

Thanks!

Ooo, congrats! Those all sound great! I was just reading about Milkshake...supposedly the blooms last a really, really long time on it.

I ordered Coconut Lime from High Country Gardens. It will be here in the fall. I'm so excited too. :) I also picked up Harvest Moon and Hot Papaya at a couple of nurseries. I'm becoming a bit of an Echinacea junkie, I think.

Thanks you guys! I didn't like double blooms on echinacea until recently, now I love them. I really like Milkshake, it's the first time I've seen it, and the blooms are very pretty. Glad to hear it;s a good plant!

Pink Double Delight is floppy and does not look robust. Razzamatazz is 10 times better.
