Does any one have the recipe for baileys seems like i have seen it posted here before. Judy
I have the recipe...makes 1/2 gallon...
1 can condensed milk (Eagle Brand)1 raw egg,1t instant coffee,2t choc syrup,1t vanilla, 1-8 oz carton1/2&1/2,8 oz cold water,3/4 cup Canadian Mist whiskey...
Cream first 5 ing.together, then whisk in 1/2&1/2,water,and whiskey.
Refrigerate,it stays fresh for up to 2 weeks, lol,if it lasts that long!
For X-mas all the guys in the family get a gift bag that contains a bottle of Kahluha and a bottle of Irish Cream. Below are my recipes for each.
5 cups water
2 cups granulated sugar
6 tablespoons instant coffee
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 cups vodka
Bring  water, sugar, and coffee to a boil in a heavy saucepan. Turn down as low as can be and simmer with a tight lid on for 3 hours. If it starts to bubble at all, turn off heat for 5 or so minutes, then return to simmer, repeat if necessary. Keep lid on, so not to boil off much liquid.
When done simmering, cool, then add vanilla and vodka. Mix well and bottle. Does not need to be refrigerated. Shake well before using.
In a blender Â
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 1/3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon of instant coffee
1 - 16oz carton of coffee rich (found in freezer section)
1/4 teaspoon of almond flavoring
10oz of brandy
Blend for 10 (ten) minutes  very important
Bottle and keep refrigerated. Shake well (chocolate settles) before using.
Use a shot of Kahluha and Irish Cream in a large cup of coffee or hot chocolate. Top with a squirt of whipped cream.
Ooooo...I must have missed this....I will have to try these!!
