I love this beautiful old fashioned rose, it has a wonderful fragrance.
What a beauty!!!
How big does the bush get for you?
Thanks Carol - I planted mine last year and right now I don't know how big it will get, it's probably around 4 ft. now. I think it can get over 8 ft., but I can't even guess how big it will get, seems healthy though. I am new to old garden roses, but I think I'm going to like growing them.
Another beauty, Sara! All your roses posted here have been beautiful and you picked out a lot of really nice ones too!
A beautiful rose and a stunning photograph. Madame Isaac Pereire is a favorite of mine, and one of two in my yard is approximately 11 feet tall. Thanks for sharing.
That is a lovely photo of Mme Isaac Pereire. Thank-you for sharing it.
I used to grow her in my garden in England. She got to about 8 feet, although I wouldn't have called her growth habit tidy. But when those blooms open, you forgive any drawback. She is so lush.
My garden in England was about an 8 or 9 zone.
Wow!! I had no idea she grew that big!!!
What a beauty!
Thanks everyone. She's a real beauty, I love her!
