August Update

PVickAugust 12, 2006

Strange summer, this has been. Even so, the garden has been pretty successful this year. I've been eating tomatoes for the past couple of weeks, and this one, picked today -

- came in at 14 ozs.! Not too bad for a container-grown plant. Tastes gooooood too!

PV, those are all just beautiful! You not only have a green thumb, you have an artist's eye- WOW!

I love the lilies, the coleus, the water drops on the hen and chicks- it that a fig? very cool! Each one is prettier than the next-

growing in containers, on a balcony, in the 'sky' is a constant source of encouragement to us all- I can only imagine what you could do with a 'little patch of dirt' hahaha

thanks so much for posting,
Linda

PV, you could write a book on balcony gardening.
A 14 oz. tomato, how about that!

Peeked at your other pictures, I didn't think you could possibly out-do your past successes, but you have. Nice work!
