Leaves on avocado trees are turning brown

Help! I planted two avocado trees two months ago. The leaves on one of them is turning brown. I will attach a picture of one of the leaves and another photo of the entire tree. Any ideas on what is going on and what I can do? Thank you!!

the roots are stressed from the transplant .. and can not support the leaves ...

ps: grass grew that lushly around the trunk since planting????

Yes the grass grew that much--
Maybe I am watering the tree too much . . .
