i did it - i was ruthless

Of course, it had to be a miserable sunday morning, weather wise, but my hubby finally ripped out the weigela that did not survive the winter and one of the willows that was crowding the ninebark. oh boy, if my hubby wouldn't have thought i had totally lost my mind, i would have been doing a happy dance right then and there. needless to say, it was all in my head - lol! i am just giddy with relief. now all i have to do it get rid of the spirea, and maybe the other willows (don't see that happening in my lifetime cuz my hubby likes them). oh, the possibilities!

I envy you having this new found space to put in some new and interesting plants.
