I have had this particular Anemone for 3 seaons. It is more compact than the traditional ones and I have seen no evidence of baby "Lady Susans".
(This one shown below gets almost no direct sun.)
That is really pretty. My 'Pretty Lady Emily' is blooming for the first time. (Planted last year) I like it a lot.
So pretty and cheery especially in the shade!

My newly planted lady susan died in the cold winter, but this gives me inspiration to try again! Lovely.
But I must be an odd one out. They look spectacular in books, but I have been totally underwhelmed by them in real life.
lalala, I was a bit surprised that ours made it through our similarly harsh winter but it came through easily.
