Baby red oak worth saving?

I got this red oak (I think it is red oak), growing right next to the wall (picture below). Also, I was thinking of planting a live oak in the yard this winter. Is it worth re-planting and moving this baby red oak to the yard, or should I just get a new tree from the nursery?

That's a holly. Probably Ilex cornuta.

Plant that live oak! Give it lots of room to grow and make sure the roots aren't circling crowded or in an area where they can't spread out.
