To measure soil temperature you will need a soil thermometer. The depth that you measure can vary some but is usually about 5 or 6 inches.

Our local ag experiment station has a live soil temp reading posted on their website. They report soil temp at 2" and 4". For what it's worth.

Your member page says you're in Iran. The soil moisture meter you have is manufactured in Korea by G-Won Hightech Co. Ltd

This site gives a contact number for G-Won.

G-Won makes a Digital Thermometer that can be used to measure soil temperatures and you may be able to purchase this in your country.

My local Agriculture Extension in Massachusetts measures soil temperatures at four inches depth.

Good luck,
