Slow start for Love Song

kittymoonbeamAugust 18, 2013

My grafted Love Song has been making slow growth and is slow to repeat. Both the bush and tree rose have been this way. Kim's Florist form Sterling Silver from Vintage right next to it is going strong and is flowering all over. (YAY!)

In contrast though, my new Weeks' White Licorice has very fast growth with loads of flowers nonstop. It's getting really tall already!

Wow, Kathy, I'm so amazed. My Love Song took right off and has been blooming it's head off all summer!

Yours is likely doing better than mine, Kippy. I think I have one less-than-a-pencil cane.
My White Licorice did much better too.

Ok, maybe I just need to feed it more often. I will get right on it after this heat passes. I really am pleased with the flowers when they arrive.
