My order from Northland Rosarium - fixed! :)
I'd mentioned earlier this summer that I had 1 rose that was mislabeled out of the several that I received from Carol at Northland, and I was a bit worried because I'd emailed a few times & gotten no response.
Friday night when I came home, there was a package for me from Northland. Carol sent the rose I had ordered to replace the one that's mislabeled, and it was packaged just as well as the others & arrived in great shape.
I had freaked out a little bit because I never received any correspondence, then a plant arrived out of the blue, like Santa Claus surprising me in July. Just wanted to send a heads-up if anyone else is in the same boat. I'd heard lovely things about this nursery & I'm glad that they're working hard to maintain customer satisfaction!
