Is there a way to create a post (or edit an existing one) with more than one picture in it?

I'm on the Orchid Forum a lot. What I see there is multiple pictures are added by follow ups. Recently there were 9 posts so I expected lots of discussion. It turned out to be multiple pictures. This fellow post lots so----
