Near foundation I found a redbud about a foot from wall. Could not dig up. So cut down. It is growing again and is about 2feet tall. If I keeping loping off the top can I keep it bush like? And would roots get under foundation?

pruning does not stunts growth. The tree will still get to it's mature height of 20 Ft. Also not a good idea to have a tree that close to the house.
