Pea family trees are abundant in tropical plantings, the more details of the tree you show the more likely you will get an identification.

Probably is Delonix regia. I had never heard the common name "Flamboyant Tree" used for that species.

Hmm, well it'd be a lot easier to ID when blooming...but the seed pod does seem to match..
