Spots on green benas

For the past 4 or 5 years my green beans come up beautifully and flower then just before I start picking they get black spots all over them. Does anyone know how to prevent or treat this?
Where are you located smokey? That might give someone an idea what to suggest.
Im in zone 7 , western north Carolina.
