Garden statue of a happy girl

I saw the statue of joyous young girl in someone's garden on a private local garden tour few years back. She had her arms and face turned up to the sky, and had a look of total delight on her face. Her hight was about 4-5 feet, and I believe she was made out of metal. This is something I would love to have in my garden, and have a perfect spot for her. Metal or any other material is not that important.
Since then I have searched and searched internet, and so far did not find her. Does anyone have any idea where I can find my happy girl statue? There are still few local garden centers I haven't look at.

The update:
I found her! Well, sorta. I found some people who can direct me toward the source where I can get it from. Yay! Pretty soon there will be 2 happy girls in my garden: me and her!
