Translucent blue folding chairs

In Calgary, Canada, I saw translucent blue resin folding chairs at one of the big box stores. I should have bought them then, but thought I didn't need them, as I already had blue folding wooden chairs. (They've since rotted and collapsed.)

I might be able to buy the translucent blue resin ones (Cannes design) online. Has anyone tried them? Do they hold up to being outside, or do they become powderey and murky looking? Do they get rusty on the metal parts? Do they crack and fall apart? I get the impression that they were manufactured in China, and carried by many outlets that have since dropped them.
