Fountain fittings for cast leaves

Just started making the cement leaf castings last year, I want to make some into fountains this year, but I'm not sure what kind of fitting to mold into them. I want to use something permanent, not just a plastic tube that will eventually wear out. Any advice?

You can use copper, it won't wear. But the poly tubing that is available these days is very long lasting and is used in almost all fountains today. It can hook up to a submersible pump and doesn't need to be plumbed in.
