Watering can spitter?

Somewhere I saw directions on how to make a watering can into a spitter. Anyone know where they are or.......how to make it? Its the one where the water goes into the can and out the sprinkle part into the "pond" (galvanized tub).

Jackie: I made something like you're referring to. All I did was take a fountain pump, run the tubing up and into the watering can. The can was attached to a dowel that I had put in the ground to position it. Then the water flowed in the can and sprinkled out.

I went to

google.com
and entered "wateringcan fountain"
and came up with a lot of things.
The second one down was from Tipical
Mary Ellen and had directions.
