Purchasing ornamental moulds and equipment

| Do you know any important questions that I should ask when purchasing a business? The business that I've been eyeing has about 50 misc molds, vibrating table, turn tables, cement mixer, air brush, and touch up paint gun for about $20,000 CAN. Is this resonable? |

Are you purchasing from Canada or the US? Do they have a website? You would want to see how well used they are?
