Limbs and branches into a picket fence

Hi all, I was lucky enough to find a whole heap of branches and limbs in the trash the other night. So while I was driving by, I filled up my trunk to the max and took my treasures home. To think, someone was throwing this good stuff out!

I want to make a picket fence of sorts to borded a garden bed. Any suggestions on how to do this?

Thanks for any help.

I've done this before. I just googled waddle fences and came up with some great examples and then winged it... I did use a 1x3 board to attach them to and then I wove mine but you could attach using other methods easily.

I also weaved them into a cheap metal arbor to hide that it was a cheap metal arbor. LOL I did this 6 years ago or so and it needs some touchup work... Probably because I winged it. LOL

I just saw a delicate design of garden fence.

You will be totally comfortable with it.

You may check my link to see it.

May it be good.

I'm working on an arbor from branches. There are a couple of good sites for how-to. The one listed below has some excellant advice. Also try a search on garden web. There have been a number of posts on doing this.

One of the things I did trying to build the arbor was starting with putting in posts first. Realized it would be easier to build laying flat on the ground. Am using the shed ramp as an outline to keep both sides the same. You might want to consider this for the fence panels. Also, it makes it easier to screw together, wire, ect when laying flat. I also bought some huge grapevine wreathes (big sale) and took them apart to fill in...until my grapes planted do their thing.
