buying an Indoor tree

| I want to buy a medium height tree for one of the corners in my living room....Something that doesn't spread out too much like a palm tree (i just bought a palm tree and had to return it....too big and wide).
My living room had medium light ..any suggestions.

| I'm waiting for the newly discovered Wollemi Pines to be marketed in the US. They're supposed to do well in many light conditions and would certainly be a major conversation piece. But, as I understand it, they won't be available in the US til late this year. And might be sort of pricy. |
