| I think that you do the country-primitive stuff fairly well that your mirrors will mature over time, and you'll develop a better feel for how the cut-outs flow with the grain of the wood - they have some real potential - if you're not familiar with Wharton Eskerick (the 'other' famous pennsylvania woodworker - everyone knows Nakashima, Wharton always struck me as having more of a sense of humour where wood was concerned) you might want to give his stuff a look. that being said - this isn't really the place to be promoting your website uninvited...and there's a wood-working forum, if you're actually brave enough to face a jury of your peers. |
