I found this site last year and it has gotten me through a loooong, cold winter. Spring is finally here,I think and work on my new yard has begun. You have all been the greatest inspiration to me!! Thanks so much. Here is a link to some of my stuff I learned to make on here.

Neat! How did you connect the crosspieces on the trellis? I can see that the arbor is soldered with pipe fittings, but the trellis seems to just be sitting there!

The crosspieces on the trellis are just laid on top of the uprights. I wired it together and then soldered it. It was my first project and I was pleased with it. The hard one was the tuteur. I had to grind the cross pieces on an curve and angle to make them fit. Thanks for looking!

Okay! I am inspired. The bravest I have been with copper is using tubing for vines in pots.....Looks like it's time to move on up. Great pictures. I envy you starting with a "blank canvas". Keep us posted with your progress. Suz

Just thought I'd share these, some of my copper trellises. Be Careful, it's addictive. The first is my Angel, the next a Flower with planter and Mandevilla for my MIL, the next is a fish.
