| Did you ever find out how to set up your fountain? It probably should be set up similar to the photo below (look at the panel in the background). The white panel would need to be set somewhere so that it can absorb the suns rays......it probably also needs time to charge before it will run the pump. I'd leave the electrical cord outside the fountain and camouflage it with a plant or something. |
