Wanted to share how I used a fireplace screen as a trellis and a kinda-sorta porch railing.

neat! I love those tiles, too! Did you paint those yourself?

Yes, they are my version of talavera tiles from Mexico. The real ones aren't frost-proof, as I would need here in Missouri. I used patio paint and I think they will last for many years. I wanted to do something different for the porch.

Love the screen used as a trellis and I also love those
tiles, they look really awesome and Is your front door
painted purple, It is the most beautiful color! I would love to see a pic of whole front of house to see how it all blends.......Just Beautiful........

Your porch is very inviting. Just lovely!

I can hardly wait to show my daughter your tile work. She's been trying to come up with an idea for the porch on her new house. Your porch is surprisingly like hers. She's gonna love your decorations!!

Wow, your album is amazing! You do wonderful work. I love to paint too. Paint--what a wonderful tool! I have a couple of things on my page here:
