| I hope this is in the right section.
A few years ago I purchased chairs similar to these I am including in a link below. BUT mine are a DARK ESPRESSO color. I have applied a teak oil to them the first and second year and then the store suggested oil the third year with them looking great throughout the season. This spring I set them out for a few day before I prepared to re oil them and the birds went all ocer them do I went to wash them a little and the finish wore off of them as I cleaned them up. My question is...is there an oil or something to use to gain their color back? A tinted oil? Or do I simply restain them as I would a regular piece of wood trim in my home and then continue to use the teak oil/oil blend on them.... Thanks for any info! |

| I would restain the chair this year to get it back to its normal coloring. Then apply the teak oil to keep it fresh. Just be sure you have them completely cleaned before applying the stain! Good luck! |
