Swirled concrete patio

Hi everyone,

I used to frequent this forum (and the junk forum) a few years ago, and haven't been here lately (no time and not much talent, lol!).

Anyway, a few years (maybe 2? 3?) there was a thread on totems, (again, either here or on the junk forum) and someone posted a photo of theirs. However, the totem was placed on an awesome patio. The patio was made of round stones that had swirls in them. When asked about it (because there were several responses to her photo) the poster said she made the stones out of leftovers from her concrete projects. She poured the concrete in various sized round pans, and just put a swirl in them with her finger or a stick, etc. Then she used these stones to make a patio.

So, my question is... does anyone remember this? Is that poster still here? I saved the photo of it for future reference, but had a darn computer crash, so now I'm trying to find the photo again, with no luck.

Would be thrilled if there was a slight chance that someone remembers this and has a photo.

Thanks so much!
Dee

It is not what your looking for but it is a really cool handmade concrete patio stone!

Thank you maggie berry. Funny you posted this - this was the thread that got me to remembering that beautiful swirled patio!

Thanks for your response!
