Can you identify my statue?

I picked up this beautiful antique statue. It is very old, but I am not sure how old. At first I thought it was a maiden, because of the small breasts, but the face is more masculine, making me think it is male.

Does it have a name that anyone knows of? Roman, Greek (I doubt). Need an expert's opinion. I would much appreciate it. Thanks.

NOTE: I cannot supply a better quality picture as my camera is on its last leg. Sorry about that!

I'm no expert but it seems to me that shes a copy of the famous Venus de milo. The original is greek and is in the Louvre. Venus is the goddess of love and she is a mature woman. Try google venus de milo.
Nice find! She will look great in the garden.

Hi Kathy,

I did a lot of researching. Yes she is the Venus de milo, aka: Aphrodite Venus de Milo Greek statue of art! I just adore her!!! Thank goodness she is not from Michael's craft store - LOL!! I found her at a garden junk boutique. She is very old made of heavy stone or something. She adds magic to my garden!
