Sealing Patio Furniture?
| | |
Posted by vestirse (My Page) on Sun, Jul 31, 11 at 18:09
| My husband and I are purchasing a sectional made out of eucalyptus. It is stained a dark color - close to espresso. I would like to seal/treat it. What could I use?
I know and teak oil - would that be the best thing to use? It will sit on a concrete patio and I'm afraid even in sunny California where it never rains in the summer this will prove too moist for it.
Thank you so much for any advice! |

| Ok, my husband has just informed me that the piece is polyurethaned, so is there anything for me left to do? Would anything else help? |
Cover it!

| Also if you have access to a shed or indoor storage then that would certainly prolong it's life, but remember a little natural weathering of wooden furniture can be a bonus to some garden furniture. |
