Plug for Fountain

The center bottom of my 3 ft diameter fountain has a 1 1/4" drain hole. I'd like to run a 12v power line for lights, a 12v power line for a pump, and a 1/4" water line up through this hole. What can I use as a plug to accomodate these three lines and still maintain the water seal? Is drilling holes through a rubber stopper and slitting its sides and backfilling with silicone the only solution? I'm wondering if there's a removable (reusable) moldable waterproof material. It will be covered so it doesn't have to be pretty?

Silicon caulking . It can be removed if needed. That is the only thing that i know that is water proof
