How to tile a bench?

I've searched online and cannot find a picture of ceramic tile on a cement bench. I've came across putting photos on a tile or instructions on tiling for showers. Any thoughts on a better search? I've tried the top online bench sites and none show decorative tile. I know, I saw one in local store awhile back, with flowers and thought it was so pretty.

I have a "bench" made from old porch steps and cylinder blocks and thought some tiles on it would be nice. I would rather have instructions for weatherizing.

Not sure, if this is the correct forum, but maybe someone can guide me. Thanks.

I visited the corpus christi texas botanical garden a couple of years ago, and they had a mosaic tiled concrete bench. I was able to find a picture for you on line. Too bad they threw the blanket over a lot of the tile, but you should get the idea
