drainage hole plug for a fountain in a pot

Somewhere I heard of a special stopper that lets the power cord for a fountain pump go up through the drainage hole in a pot, but seals the hole enough not to leak. Does anyone know a specific source for a stopper like this? I've looked at several online fountain suppliers and have not seen them. (Was I dreaming?) Thanks.

I have instructions for a fountain where they suggest plumber's epoxy for sealing the hole.

Perhaps you might find something in wine and beer making supplies. It seems to me I have seen a cork with a hole through the center and a clear plastic hollow tubing through it. Good Luck...Lina.
