| hi...i bought a rooster for my garden that is polyresin with creamy white paint...it looks like painted cast iron with chips coming off---very antiquelike...to my dismay more of the paint started chipping off after it got rained on last night...(another one of those 'what was i thinking?' moments) ...is there anything i can coat this with to protect the paint?..being it's white i don't want to use something that will make it yellowish...suggestions?...help is appreciated!...thanks...mary |

| Hi Mary...how about a non-yellowing matte polyurethane spray? I've coated some painted terra cotta finials in my yard with that and it seems to be doing a good job. Tina |
