Check out this cool table fountain! This is not my photo, so I'm providing a link. Just came across this great pic from a garden show. I would love something like this!
There are some ancient gardens in Italy from where the this table/fountain idea was probably taken. The center of this Italian table is actually a spring-fed trough that was used to keep food chilled.
Thanks for the replies, guys! Busyd95, that is fascinating. I would love to see some of those ancient table fountains. It would be a great idea in the pre-refrigeration days-in addition to being beautiful. :-)
