Another spray paint job

We had a drought this spring, it killed two of my already ailing Dogwoods.
This one had a nice form and grew in a prominent spot.

I came across a can of "chrome" spray paint, looking for other colors one day
and now there's a surprise for anyone coming down that path.

I had considered digging it out and now I'm happy I didn't!

Here is a link that might be useful: Ghost Dogwood

Sorry to hear you lost your dogwoods, I know about drought, we had one for months in Ms. also but I love how you took lemons and made lemonade. Very neat, good idea........Nancy

Very Cool, Linnea! Makes a wonderful scupture. I saw some metalic spray paint in Ace yesterday in different colors- nice glossy sheen like chrome.

Love it!! I did that to my allium blooms (used red, white and silver) and used them in 4th of july arrangements. Got the ideas from a gal who says she paints hers for Christmas decorations.

Linnea, love your 'ghost'! Hope it lasts in its reincarnation for a long time. Even greater in juxtaposition with your marvelous sculpture.

What an original idea! I love browsing these forums, they never fail to surprise me. Sorry about your loss, but glad you can still enjoy your tree.
