Square garden container plans needed

Posted by harmonyfarms 7b (My Page) on

I want to make a planter and bench combo. I saw something like it in the Aug 2006 of Martha Stewart Living. It's 3 square boxes with the bences between them. It makes a L shape. Any idea where to get plans? Of course, free would be great.

Hi neighbor...I would love to make the same thing....I'll try to keep checking back to see if you obtained plans.

I found a book at the library that has plans for a planter. Although it doesn't explain it very well. It is "64 Yard & Garden projects you can build yourself" by Monte Burch. I'm still looking online though. It doesn't say, but don't you think you'd need to drill holes in the bottom for drainage?

New Yankee Workshop as a nice set of plans but they aren't free.

Here is a link that might be useful: New Yankee Workshop

Hi: Try http://www.freeww.com//benches.html There is a listing for a planter bench half way down on the page.
