Outdoor Furniture Research

Hi, my name is Jack White and I'm currently in my third and final year at Cambridge University studying Product Design. I am researching into what are the current trend in purchases of outdoor furniture in relation to, materials, sizes, colours, shades, seasons, everything you can imagine really. I am having to ask myself questions such as what features could products have in the 2013 collects in relation to 2011? Do consumers want more from their outdoor furniture in terms of function-ability? If anyone could share their views on what is currently available on the market it would be much appreciated no matter how simple or complicated.

Thanks for your time,
Jack White

RE: Outdoor Furniture Research

If I used my outdoor furniture, it would have to be durable and comfortable. I have a patio set that has cushions. It is a annoying to have to store the cushions and bring out each time I want to sit on the chairs.
I do not use them much because when I am outside I spend most of my time working in the garden and little time sitting.

LOL on you study
