| The glass will shatter long before it reaches melting temperature. Be careful! Unless it's really thick (more than 1/4") you can simply score it with a simple cheap glass-cutting tool, then break it on the scoring line. Carol |

| You can bend bamboo with a torch, but glass is not going to be pretty. Glass pops like concrete when you heat part of it. I am a welder. I would think for the cost of gas, you could buy the tools for this job. It would help if you told us more & sent a few photos too. Check out "U-TUBE", before doing any new things, someone, some where, has done it & it may be on line. |

| How hot does a torch get? You'll need a lot of heat. Maybe a wet saw might be smarter? Paula |
