pond light

This is driving me nuts. Last spring in one of the forums, and of couse I can't remember which. One of the members took a picture and said guess what this is. Well, it turned out to be a pond light that is just a white, round, plastic ball that turns color. She explained that a man in Hawaii had them on ebay and she really liked hers. Well, I bought one and she was right. I love the silly thing. Problem is that I want more and they are gone from ebay and I have no clue how to track down more. This isn't the ones that are on ebay now with the flat black solar panel in the top. when these aren't lit they just look like a simi transparent white ball. They have an electric eye so they only come on when it's dark. If anybody else rembers this or has one and remembers where it came from I would love to hear from you.

Thanks

Robinz

I can't help you with the light, but you may be able to contact the seller if he's still around. Go to Ebay and go to site search. Go to "Feedback others have left for you" and see if his name is there. Try to contact him using his Ebay info. Hope this works for you.

MonaBlair you are so smart. Thank you. I'm sure that will work. At least I'll know if he's still around. I never would have thought of that. Thanks again!

The lights sound interesting. If you find them again can you give me some more information about them?

Well, I managed to find the company that makes them. It's in Singapore. I sent them an email asking if they sell small orders or if there was a dealer in the US. I'll let you know what I find out.

Well, I got lucky. First the bad thing. The email I recieved from the company this morning said that it would be 90.00 from Singapore. 40.00 of that was shipping. I had about given up.

Then someone that bought last year at the same time I did pointed me in the right direction and ta-da!

The good news is that the man I delt with before is still on ebay and he is still selling them. I hope this works. I haven't tried to post a link before. It looks like he is selling them either one at a time or several at a time. So if anyone is interested here you are.
