solar light kits

I'm making my own garden lights from cedar and need the guts for them.
I'm looking for a source of solar light kits (the hardware that makes solar garden lights work). I need the solar panel, the wiring and battery charger board.
I can't seen to find a source anywhere on the web.

Thanks for the site.
I'm making several and have two solar lights that I'm going to canabalize but I need more.
I'll post pics when I'm done this spring sometime.
