Hmm –

You can use silicone caulking to adhere them to the top of a concrete stand, like for a bird bath or gazing ball, and make a little table.

You can put little feet on them, and use them as low risers for pots

you can break them up for mosaic work (I’m thinking of the thinner ‘sheathing’ slabs that are common today, not the 1.5" thick stuff my folks has) or sheath a cinderblock, or add them to a bench, or use them as a ‘splash’ surface under a drain spout.

if you’re determined, you can drill a hole in the center, along with irregular ‘flat’ stones, and arrange them in a pyramid shape, either ‘dry’ (on a length of rebar driven into the ground) or as part of a fountain (run the water hose up through the holes)

but that’s maybe better done by the guys who cut the slabs for you in the first place.
