| Chance....mine has never bloomed....I have had the same plant come back for thelast 3 years, I thought this was supposed to be an annual. Here is a pic of mine.

| Dusty Miller usually blooms the second year, if you can get it to stay for the second year. I planted about 20 last year and 3 came back. 1 has lots of flowers on it. I read somewhere that the ones planted in sun have a better chance of coming back, the ones in shade don't. |
