I like this one too! Easy to grow, easy to collect seed and a nice reseeding annual...

Oh Linda! I was wondering what the name of that Amaranthus was! Mine came in a pack of Hot Biscuit Amaranthus seeds. Thank you for sharing your pictures. I *LOVE the Polish Amaranthus you have! Oo-oo-oo, sort of like Love-lies-bleeding on steroids...lol
