Thanks Zoomersmon! Both were started indoors by seed and will be definitely sowing these again for next year. I also had some of my Blue Waves planted with Yellow Bidens and some with Pink Baby Breath's. The blues will pretty well go with anything ;)

Stunningly beautiful! Are the ones in the top photo at your home's entrance? If so, what a lovely way to greet your guests.

Can you share what planting medium you use?

Thanks, Diana

Thanks Diana, yes, they are on each step at the front entrance making them look like a wave, however we don't use that door that often, we have a back entrance-deck that guests are greeting at. More Waves there too!

I use bales of Promix, but reuse my potting soil or topdress because I have soooo many pots and containers that it would be very costly if I were to change them every year. I use Miracle-gro 15-30-15 every week for my containers ;)

Thanks!

I bought Blue Waves because of your pictures. I'm not disappointed. Mine aren't as gorgeous as yours, but they're filling one hanging basket and are the trailing plants in a big pot. Thanks for the idea.

'Gorgeous, Sharon! I love the look of them going down the steps. From the front, people probably don't even see the post, huh? I just showed this picture to my mom since she has a nice--but bland--staircase going down the deck. This is just gorgeous. :) And from seed!!

Beautiful pics, I've never grown from seed, can you share how you do that to a beginner? I think I am going out and find some to plant this weekend!

Mind sharing where you purchased the seeds for those beauties? I found a tuitorial on how to save petunia seeds, they are too fine for me! I can't see them hardly..Have you mastered harvesting seeds from your favorite petunia?

One of my favorite is Proven winners Bubble Gum pink..but haven't bought any for 4 years now because I grew perennial seeds via milk jugs for 3 years.
