| I cannot find this series in seeds, only plants. Anyone know a source? |
Follow-Up Postings:

| I googled this variety - and to me they look like any other browallia, and you can get browallia seeds at Stokes seeds, among other places. I grow Blue Bells, but Stokes also has Marine Bells and White Bells. |
|
| You will not find "Endless " seed. There are plenty of other options, though. I really like browallia; what attracts you to the "Endless " series, in particular? |

| why rhiz?? are they sterile??? ken |
|
| Many hybridized plants are sterile. Chromosomal polyploidy (more than the normal two pair) is the reason. Some hybrids do produce seed but they rarely breed true ; their off spring are likely to be inferior. Other hybridized plants may produce very few, very poor quality seeds. Still others seem productive for a few generations. I'm assuming, like so many of the stunning hybrids we drool over, that the " Endless " series plants are sterile, or nearly so. |

| right O .. but i think she wants to buy the cross retail.. i dont think they were asking for a trade ... ken |

| You won't find Browallia Endless seeds because they are patented strains from Proven Winners, and are sold only as plants. |
|
| Ah Ha! The reason I was interested was because they are Proven Winners which are generally good plants. I ordered every other one I could find including the Bells series and Americana series from Geo seed which someone here mentioned. I'm only a bit disappointed because Browallia are not deer resistant. |
