| What are "novelty zinnias"? Is zinnia elegans the name for most zinnias, or is this for novelty zinnias? What are some zinnia names I should look for when looking for novelty and cactus zinnias? |

| GP, In my view, novelty zinnias include the bicolors and tricolors (Whirligig, Carrousel, Zowie, Swizzle, and Zig Zag, as well as Persian Carpet and Jazzy) and the striped zinnias (Peppermint and Candy Cane). ZM |
